The Xebec series is our own brand of condominiums we develop and build within the 23 wards of Tokyo. The condominiums are compact, located within 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest station, and has considerate design features for the resident.

A lot of the smart functions for WIFI, television, air-conditioner, communication with the management office and even the opening and closing of curtains, are controllable via the tablet provided.
